Credits & Copyright Information
The Moriches Bay Civic Association Web Site was developed, constructed and is maintained using volunteer effort only.
The only costs of operation for the Civic are the yearly purchasing of web site hosting services, and the costs associated with maintaining our internic web site url addresses.
These fees are nominal, and are attempted to and do represent a very minor load on the Civic's yearly budget.
This web site utilizes certain open source / gnu / gpl licensed software modules, developed and shared by individuals who offer their efforts helping others.
The Moriches Bay Civic Association would like to sincerely thank them for their efforts, and for licensing their efforts under the gnu / gpl open source license.
The MBCA will certainly attempt to offer reciprocation to requests in kind. A link to the scripts directory with downloads is provided below. Links to the developers websites are located on the pages utilizing these scripts.

The Civic is very pleased to offer credits to the author, photographer, writer or compiler of such information.
Submittal of such items will construe to offer permanent display and publishing rights and license to use within or on the entire MBCA web site, for publishing on the internet.
Submittal of such items shall transfer no other rights.
Please be advised that any item posted on the web site is on the internet, and as such may be copied or a copy may be easily taken off the web site by anyone at anytime.
The Moriches Bay Civic Association will not be held liable by the submitter of any such items, for publishing of any such submittal found to not have proper copyright permissions. Our sole liability to the submitter is strictly limited to the immediate removal of such material from the web site.
Posting of such material is done as a community service, and does not in any way construe warranty of such information or the agreement of such information provided, by the Moriches Bay Civic Association.
